NOMY is a technology set for knowledge processing. NOMY technology allows sophisticated work with data that cannot be processed by conventional means (relation databases etc.) due to their organization, extent or required performance. By integrating the technology, a significant overreach (competitive advantage) can be reached.
NOMY technology for contents processing includes implementation of syntactic analysis (lexical and grammatical analysis), evaluation of the text detail (classification) or relevance of texts with regard to topics (categorization). This technology can be used in automatic disclosure of related information or during yielding of structured data from unstructured contents (most often from the Internet).
NOMY technology for processing of structure includes various implementations of storage (file systems, databases) that do not allow limitations characteristic for conventional file systems and databases. The basis of this NOMY technology is the ability to meet extreme requirements concerning availability, volume and variability of the structure.
NOMY technology for statements processing focuses on evaluation and preparation of natural statement. The technology allows for instance to search data based on natural statement, i.e. based on the meaning of the request, not on the sum of words it consists of.
NOMY technology for processing languages implements the support necessary for advanced manipulation with text. The technology includes in particular data concerning the shape and meaning of words across individual languages, ontology, methodology of their structure and related program equipment.
